During our MHFA England training, wellbeing workshops and through our conversations with delegates, we often get asked for resources on where to refer people if they are seeking more support. With this in mind, we wanted to share some useful articles, videos and places that you can check out to find more information.

 

1.        The Truth about Mental Health First Aid

 

This webinar is a great introduction to the world of mental health at work. In the webinar, it explores:

2.        Mindful Musings: How to get your daily D.O.S.E of Happiness

 

On International Day of Happiness (20 March) this year, our expert speakers shared insights on the importance of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins in achieving a happier, more joyful life. Take a few moments to check out the video and learn more.

3.        A guided Body Scan

 

One of the core foundations of mindfulness practice. Take just 12 minutes out of your day and let me guide you through this mindfulness meditation. Click HERE to listen to the meditation.

 

4.        Guided G.L.A.D mindfulness practice

 

Take 5 minutes away from your desk to listen to this GLAD (Gratitude, Learning, Accomplishment and Delight) mindfulness practice. 5.        Guided F.O.F.B.O.C mindfulness practice

 

If you are having a busy day, take just a few minutes away from your desk to enjoy this simple practice. It will help you to re-focus your attention with a F.O.F.B.O.C mindful practice by simply paying attention to your feet on the floor and your body on the chair.
