Being part of a community and having positive relationships with others, can help support our mental wellbeing.

Social Wellbeing

According to Indeed (Mar 2021) 61% of remove workers now find it more difficult to “unplug” at the end of the day.  Being able to switch off and do something we enjoy such as being with friends or family is really important and part of our social wellbeing.  Social wellbeing is one of our core pillars of our wellbeing and focuses on our need to be part of a community, group or herd, it enables us to build positive relationships with others.  When building high performing teams it is important that all of our team members feel valued and included.

Through our workshops we can support our teams to take support one another, building a community and team that all can feel a valued part of.

Loneliness affects millions of people in the UK and whilst it is perfectly normal to experience it from time to time, chronic loneliness can be a key driver of poor mental and physical health. The signs of loneliness are there to tell us we need to address our connection needs, but the stigma that still exists around talking about mental health can prevent people from accessing help and increase the sense of loneliness further in the process.  In this workshop, we break the barriers of stigma by raising more awareness of what loneliness is and empowering people to take better care of themselves and others.

In this 30 minute workshop we will explore

  • The surprising definition of loneliness
