In today's world, we are always on and we are feeling more pressure than ever to fit everything in, perform at work, be the best parent, carer and also have the best Instagram worthy life EVER – its exhausting and our daily activities have an impact on our mood. A useful exercise is to take a step back to look with more clarity about what we are doing each day. When we do this, we can calmly plan and make decisions about what really is important and needs to be done and what is less so, which helps to maintain a healthy balance for positive physical and mental wellbeing.
During this workshop, we will explore:
The impact daily activities have on our moods
Looking at the energising and draining activities in your day and how you might do more of the good stuff and less of the not so good stuff
How we can prevent ourselves from being sucked into an 'Exhaustion Funnel'
