Mental health affects each and everyone of us, it is integral to our overall wellbeing and there is no health without mental health. We are all on a mental health continuum and our mental health will naturally fluctuate just the same as our physical health. However, we often do not apply the same level of care to our mental health as we do our physical health, and mental health can worsen if help is not sought early on. Better awareness of mental health, early intervention and confidence around having those all important conversations is key for promoting a good recovery and positive wellbeing.
During this workshop, we will explore:

· Becoming mentally aware for positive wellbeing.
· The prevalence of mental health.
· Spotting the signs of poor mental health.
· Tips for getting a conversation started.
· Mental health support.
