Stretch to Stress Less guided by yoga teacher, Annie Sealy.
The physical and emotional symptoms of stress can get stuck in our bodies which we then carry around with us throughout our day, impacting our mood and actions that we take. This flow like yoga|somatic movement session is designed to release tension not only in the body but in the mind too through gentle and easy to follow stretching movements. By activating movement pathways in the body you will release the chemistry of stress and welcome in mood-boosting hormones, leaving you feeling de-stressed and calmer in mind and body. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in.
Annie Sealy Bio
After her career as a professional dancer, Annie Sealy was deeply moved by the ability of fitness to enhance people's lives and bring communities together. Whilst continuing to teach dance, Annie went on to become a qualified personal trainer, yoga and pilates teacher.
