Dance to Work it Out and Feel Great!

Dance to Work it Out and Feel Great guided by dance teacher, Annie Sealy.
Dance to work it out is a movement to music session.  It doesn't matter if you have two left feet or if you are an expert at dance - all abilities are welcome! There’s no time to judge ourselves or others, just the opportunity to move and wiggle in ways that release inhibitions, draw in energy and feel good feelings. We will work on some classic dance floor moves to keep the heart elevated and the mind focussed on figuring out the steps. By doing this you will: increase your fitness; develop neuromuscular pathways and release large doses of the mood boosting hormones oxytocin, edorphins and dopamine into your body leaving you feeling great for the rest of the day!  Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.

Annie Sealy Bio

After her career as a professional dancer, Annie Sealy was deeply moved by the ability of fitness to enhance people's lives and bring communities together.  Whilst continuing to teach dance, Annie went on to become a qualified personal trainer, yoga and pilates teacher.
