The course is £290, which includes the 16 hours of group tuition, weekly course notes, guided audio, ongoing online support and admission to one retreat day. There will be an option to pay in 3 instalments directly with me or in full via the website
Dates - Starts on the 4th May which is traditionally a Bank Holiday but that thas been moved to Friday 8th May for the 2020 VE celebrations.
Mondays - 4th, 11th, 18th May, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th June and 6th July. (No sessions on 23rd May or 1st June due to the school half-term)

daytime 8-week mindfulness course + retreat day, May 2020, Maidenhead
Mindfulness is a 'gym for the mind' and through regular mindfulness practice people may see an improvement in the following:
stress and anxiety levels
chronic pain management
breaking habitual thoughts
reacting in a more positive way
attention \ concentration
N.B - Whilst a research study shows that regular mindfulness practice can significantly reduce relapse rates for depression, it is best not to take part in an 8-week course whilst experiencing deep depression or other mental health issue and to wait until you are feeling better.
