Based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, Tricia from The Mind hub is a Mindful and Wellbeing Specialist and offers a range of mindfulness programmes to support you and provide you with tools to build resilience, increase productivity and generally build on a sense of wellbeing.

Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is fully supported by the NHS and UK Government, due to the mounting wealth of empirical research available evidencing the benefits of mindfulness practice.  

In a 2 year MBCT randomised control trial (RCT), 17% of particpants lowered their dose of antidepressants and 71% stopped taking them completely.**

Transport for London (TFL) reduced by 71% the number of days off for stress, anxiety and depression among employees who attended mindfulness training. *
