Workshop 27 - Mindful March Session 1
Being mindful helps us to create some much needed space in the busy day. Living mindfully is simply about paying more attention to what we are actually doing but that is not always easy to do! Guided meditation helps us to: practice being present; lower our stress levels; calm our nervous system; take a different perspective about things and if nothing else, it just feels great to take a break!
Try it for yourself during Mindful March. Over 5 weekly sessions, Tricia Wilkie will guide a variety of short practices that can easily be integrated into your day.
